Dr. Hosseinzadeh and his staff were excellent and efficient! And the office space was beautiful & clean and in a very convenient location. It’s rare to find a primary care doctor that takes the time to listen to all your concerns and also is knowledgable and up to date on all the latest. Dr. Hosseinzadeh and his staff's warm and personable demeanor made the appointment very comfortable and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a PCP they can stick with for the long term! Glad to have found his office

Dr. Hosseinzadeh and his staff have turned this primary care clinic into a wonderful, caring, knowledgeable, and extremely welcoming office. Dr. Hoss always takes the time to listen to my concerns and I feel very lucky to have found a primary care doctor willing to discuss all of my questions and medical conditions. In primary care, it is such a relief to find an excellent doctor who I can continue to see for many years...I will be a lifelong patient here! Also, the office space is brand new, very clean, and conveniently located next to the Avalon. Very grateful I found this practice, thank you Dr. Hosseinzadeh!

Highly recommend Family Health Primary Care. We moved to john's creek about six months ago periojohn's creek about 6 months ago and had a very hard time finding a family doctor. I will not say any names, however, the other two places that I went were horrendous. I am so happy to have found family health primary care. The staff were excellent in the doctor is so knowledgeable and thorough. He listened to my complaints and was able to come up with the plan that we both agreed on. I will use this office as my primary care clinic for as long as I live in georgia. Truly a great experience and could not be happier with my new doctor. If anyone needs a new family doctor/ primary care in john's creek, I what highly recommend this medical office.

Honestly one of the most pleasant doctor visits I’ve had. Dr. Hosseinzadeh actually takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure you’re comfortable... no rushed, assembly-line feeling. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the office itself is clean and modern. If going to the doctor always felt like this, I’d probably go more often.
